1. Acceptance of terms

By creating a WorldBridges account, requesting a rate quote, or tendering a shipment through our website or API, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Our services

WorldBridges provides parcel pickup, transportation, customs documentation, and delivery services between the United States and Canada, offered as Same Day, Express, Ground, and Cross-Border Priority service levels.

Transit times shown on this site are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by weather, customs holds, and events outside our control.

3. Rates and payment

Rates displayed on this site and returned by our rates API are illustrative quotes. The price charged for an actual shipment is confirmed at booking and may vary with final weight, dimensions, and declared value.

No payment is processed through the demonstration pages of this site.

4. Customs and duties

For cross-border shipments, you are responsible for accurately declaring the contents, value, and country of origin of each parcel. Estimated duties shown at booking are not a substitute for the final customs assessment.

5. Prohibited items

You may not tender any item prohibited by US or Canadian law, or by the customs regulations of either country, for carriage through WorldBridges.

6. Limitation of liability

WorldBridges' liability for loss or damage to a shipment is limited as set out in your service agreement or, absent one, to the declared value of the shipment.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
