1. Information we collect

To create shipping labels and provide tracking, we collect the names, addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses you provide for shippers and recipients, along with shipment details such as weight, dimensions, and declared value.

If you use our API, we also log request metadata (timestamps, endpoints called, and response status) associated with your API key for security and support purposes.

2. How we use information

We use the information you provide to create shipping labels, route parcels, generate customs documentation, and provide tracking updates to you and, where relevant, to the recipient.

3. What we share, and with whom

Recipient tracking pages show city, region, and country-level location for a shipment, and its current status -- never the recipient's street address or the sender's contact details.

We share shipment and customs information with customs authorities in the United States and Canada as required to move cross-border parcels legally through the border.

4. Data retention

We retain shipment and tracking records for as long as needed to resolve claims, meet customs and tax record-keeping obligations, and support your account history.

5. Your choices

You can request a copy of, or ask us to delete, information we hold about you by contacting support@worldbridges.org.
