Why WorldBridges
Founded in 2019, WorldBridges is still small enough that every hire shapes how the company works. Engineers ship the same rating engine that prices a label and answers a rates API call; operations and support sit a few desks from the people writing the tracking code they use every day.
We're headquartered at 185 Dartmouth Street, Suite 6 in Boston, MA, and most roles are based there, with hybrid schedules for most teams.

Monitor border-crossing lanes, spot exceptions before they become delays, and work with our customs partners to keep cross-border transit times honest.
Backend Engineer, Tracking Platform
Build and harden the systems behind our public tracking page and GET /v1/tracking/{number} API -- the same event stream customers and integrators both read from.
Customer Support Specialist
Be the first line of help for shippers and recipients across the US and Canada, from a delayed parcel to a customs question.
Business Development Representative
Bring small and mid-size businesses onto WorldBridges' volume shipping plans and help them integrate the rates API into their own checkout.
